Displaced property is the personal belongings and possessions of people who return from abroad to Poland permanently.

What can be included in resettlement property?

Property may include, but is not limited to:

  • passenger car
  • furniture, household appliances, clothing

If you meet certain conditions, you can import them free of duty and VAT. The conditions include a documented stay abroad for at least 12 months and the use of the items for a minimum of six months.
