This was the case with the lithium-ion batteries for payment terminals, which ended up in our customs warehouse after a decision by Customs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After analysis of the documentation received, it was concluded that the product:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It did not have the required markings - the name and address of the importer in Polish was missing,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It had no instruction manual or safety information in Polish,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It had an incorrect declaration of conformity - no reference to Directive 2014\/30\/EU and the relevant standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Recovery procedure in practice\" width=\"720\" height=\"405\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/KlkotjsJpng?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer;
