Alfa Warehouses receives funding for the digitalisation of warehouse processes – the SPEKTRUM 2030 project

Grant awarded for specialist consultancy services under the SPEKTRUM 2030 programme

Alfa Warehouses sp. z o.o. is carrying out a consultancy project entitled „Digitalisation of warehouse operational processes using AI – operational assessment, technology market analysis, target strategy and transformation plan”, co-financed by European Funds.

Aim of the project: to enhance the company’s competitiveness by implementing a strategy to digitise key warehouse processes.

Target groups: the Alfa Warehouses operations team.

Roles within the project: specialist consultancy services covering the analysis of warehouse booking processes, a review of available automation technologies, the development of a target model, and a digital transformation plan for warehouse customer services.

Results: a strategy for the digitalisation of key warehouse processes, including a target model and a digital transformation plan.

Project value: 61,500.00 PLN gross
